Morgenthaler Partners
Its Boston and Cleveland-based buyout group focuses on traditional management buyouts and leveraged recapitalizations, industry build-ups and later-stage investments. The team invests in profitable, stand-alone middle-market companies, and divisions or subsidiaries of larger corporations. It focuses on high-value manufacturing and business services.
